It is the customer's responsibility to know the laws in his or her jurisdiction prior to purchasing T1 Black Corp products.
No product offered for sale by T1 Black Corp will be knowingly shipped or transferred to a person in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to receive or possess such product.
This general policy does not apply to law enforcement agencies and other official end users, licensed dealers, and other parties with the proper licenses upon proof of such authorizations and the presentation of proper identification.
T1 Black Corp shall have no liability to any customer due to the customer’s intentional or unintentional violation of federal, state, or local law. Neither T1 Black Corp nor any of its affiliates, licensors, partners, managers, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, or other agents shall have any liability to any user or their principals or agents for any damages, whether general, special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, including any lost profits or lost savings, whether or not foreseeable and whether based on contract, tort, common law, or any other theory of liability, statute, or regulations.
As a customer, purchaser, or end user of our products, you expressly acknowledge and agree that T1 Black Corp is providing access to this information in reliance on the disclaimers and limitations set forth herein, and you further acknowledge and agree that such limitations are reasonable. In no event shall T1 Black Corp's liability to you exceed the actual price you paid for the product obtained from us.
Furthermore, by placing an order with us, you represent that all products purchased will be used in a lawful manner and you are of a legal age, and where applicable, a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of the U.S., to acquire or use such products. No products shall be exported without the proper licenses and or permits.
WARRANTY: T1 Black Corp (T1) – 07 FFL -warrants that the enclosed firearm was originally manufactured free of defects in material, workmanship and mechanical function. For the lifetime of the original purchaser, T1 agrees to correct any defect in the firearm or part for the original purchaser by repair, adjustment or replacement, at T1’s option, with the same or comparable quality components (or by replacing the firearms at T1's option); provided, however, that the firearm or part is returned unloaded and freight prepaid to T1 at their office in South Florida.
This limited warranty is null and void if the firearm or part has been misused, damaged (by accident or otherwise), fired with handloaded, reloaded or improper ammunition, fired with an obstruction in the barrel, damaged through failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance as recommended by authorized professionals. : If unauthorized repair or any alteration, including of a cosmetic nature, has been performed on the firearm. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of any parts.
Subject to the foregoing, this limited warranty confers the right to have the covered firearm or its parts repaired, adjusted or replaced exclusively upon the original purchaser, which right is not transferable to any other person. No implied warranties of any kind are made herein, and this warranty does not apply to any accessory items attached or appurtenant to the firearm.
In no event shall T1 be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with this limited warranty.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

For the use, or inability to use, any of the products offered, or the suitability of use for any particular task, or any claims stated in our materials regarding how these products function or work
For any damages loss, cost, or damage of any kind arising from the misuse of our products or physical harm caused by our products to anyone or anything. This responsibility is entirely yours, as the buyer.
For any claims that may arise as a result of, whether whole or in part, improper or careless handling in the use of our products, unauthorized modifications, abuse, neglect, corrosion, or other influences beyond our immediate and direct control.
For incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use of property, loss of earnings, or profits, or any other commercial or residential loss.
